Gravitad, as a technology-based startup committed to innovation, ethics, and sustainability, makes available to its clients, partners, suppliers, and society at large a transparency portal that complies with the principles established by Spanish regulations on transparency, access to public information, and good governance.

This transparency portal has been configured following the instructions and recommendations of the Canary Islands Government Commissioner for Transparency and in compliance with Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information, and good governance, of the Government of Spain, and Law 12/2014, of December 26, on transparency and access to public information, of the Government of the Canary Islands.
This space aims to guarantee access to clear, truthful, and accessible information about our organization, services, and operations.

General information

Gravitad was founded in 2019 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Its purpose as an accelerator is to attract people and ideas in order to promote research, development, and the expansion of talent through technology, seeking to provide solutions to specific challenges that have a positive social and environmental impact.

Compensation Policy

The remuneration of the directors and main managers of the entity is subject to principles of proportionality and transparency, in accordance with current regulations.

Gravitad maintains a procurement policy based on the principles of open competition, publicity, transparency, equality, and non-discrimination, in line with Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts.

Contracts

Contracts signed by Gravitad will be published, where appropriate, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Agreements

Gravitad collaborates with various entities on technology projects. The agreements include specific clauses that guarantee compliance with transparency regulations.

Management Assignments

In the case of public management commissions, Gravitad details the object, amount and duration of each agreement, in addition to the results achieved.

Gravitad guarantees the confidentiality and appropriate processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), and with Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.
